Economy Economy Lidl sweeps sales with its new ironing mannequin

In the summer of 2020, Lidl put up for sale an appliance that caused a sensation among its customers. The German giant's ironing mannequin was a bestseller and many were left without this device as it soon sold out in Spanish establishments.

Now, Lidl's drying mannequin is back so that this fall we don't have to worry about ironing any of our t-shirts or having to use the iron in a hurry because we don't make that appointment we have.

Easy to use

This year the German chain has once again put up for sale one of its most talked-about products in 2020. This time, under the Cleanmaxx brand, it has the same features as the one it put up for sale with SilverCrest and at a not inconsiderable price of 59.99 euros.

Lidl's drying mannequin is made up of a structure that mimics a person's torso, on a nylon balloon and is assembled very easily to be ready in minutes.

Nothing else is assembled, we just have to adjust the garment in a simple way. The ironing mannequin has some fastening clips so that our shirt or t-shirt is completely straight perched on the bust of the device.

Once we fasten the clips, the machine will be immediately ready to iron the most delicate garments in our wardrobe. Of course, we have to make sure that the fabric that we put on the Lidl ironing dummy is optimal for dryers, otherwise it could be damaged.

Sold Out Online

The truth is that this Lidl product is a bestseller. The supermarket chain put it up for sale a few days ago and we can already check on its official website that it has sold out online.

But there is hope for those customers who couldn't make it in 2020 and now, with one of these mannequins. In the product file, cataloged as 'Star Product', we can read that Lidl will replace the mannequin next September 9 in its stores throughout Spain.

What we do not know is if it will also be available for online purchase as it happened on the previous occasion where they also ran out of stock.

The Lidl ironing dummy also dries clothes, weighs 3.3 kilograms, is made of aluminum and its measurements are very small: 42.3 x 18.1 x 105 centimeters, so it will not take up space in our house.
