The story of love and entrepreneurship of Franz Knur and Alejandra Torres is like no other, they have known each other since pre-kindergarten and just a month ago they got married, but instead of going on their honeymoon, they fulfilled the dream of opening their ice cream parlor called 'Cloud'.

'Nube' customers can choose various toppings on their ice creams, Opa Road, Caramel Rain, Cloudy Cheesecake, Horchata, Mangotodo and Piña Colada.
The 'Opa Road' is a tribute to Franz Knur, father of the entrepreneur and who shares the same name and who is of German origin. The word 'Opa' is German for grandfather.
