Golden Globes 2022: complete list with all the winners

The curtain was opened on the great film and television awards in 2022 with the 79th edition of the Golden Globes, again online, but this time it was not due exclusively to the Coronavirus pandemic, but rather due to a scandal that led to their not even being broadcast on television. The prestige of this ceremony has been completely lost, as announced in the United States, but the show must go on and tonight the Golden Globes were held. Check out the complete list with the winners!

It was in February 2021 that the Los Angeles Times published a report pointing out ethics and racism issues among members of the Hollyood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) and a cancellation was announced but later lifted. Of the 87 members who were part, none were Afro-descendant and they were accused by different celebrities at the time for not having the necessary diversity when choosing those who take their trophy.

On the other hand, it was also reported that many of the members of the HFPA received money and benefits to choose certain series or movies as winners. For this reason, NBC decided not to televise this ceremony: "A change of this magnitude takes time and work, and we strongly believe that the HFPA needs time to get it right. As such, NBC will not broadcast the 2022 Golden Globes, assuming that the organization execute its plan. We hope to be in a position to broadcast the program in January 2023," they said in a statement.

Although there were some measures, such as adding another 21 members to increase diversity, big producers and celebrities were against the award. However, from the HPFA they guaranteed to take a new path and that is why this year it will take place, although only with information that will come from their official social networks. The favorites are Belfast and The Power of the Dog, with 7 nominations, while on Netflix platforms it has 17 above HBO's 15. Here all the 2022 Golden Globes nominees and their winners!
