Not even poor Lucio Dupuy's toys were spared from mistreatment in La Pampa: all thrown on the sidewalk

The apartment where Lucio Dupuy lived, the five-year-old boy murdered in La Pampa, was "emptied" this weekend and photos of some toys thrown on the sidewalk circulated on social networks, with harsh criticism of the dramatic postcard closing a case whose savagery and official laziness moves the Pampas society. The fact of this weekend was alerted by neighbors of Kardec to 2300, witnesses of how the minor's toys ended up in the street, after the "cleaning" that was initially awarded to the owner of the property, but later pointed out to relatives of the boy's mother or his partner, who would have gone to that place to remove some belongings and in that task they discarded the boy's toys by throwing them on the sidewalk.

There was even a bicycle and the things that seemed to be in better condition were collected by those who passed by in the first instance, until members of Lucio's paternal family arrived and were also able to preserve some memories of the little boy, who as is known died of the ferocious beatings received for years.

According to the Diario de La Pampa, last Thursday the neighbors saw a truck that began to load furniture and other objects from the house where Lucio lived with her mother, Magdalena Espósito, and her partner, Abigail Páez. However, they were even more surprised when they observed that Lucio's toys, bicycles and other belongings were thrown out on the street, among other things destined for garbage.

Faced with this, some neighbors called the relatives of Christian Dupuy, Lucio's father, to tell him about the sad situation and tell them that they could have some of the things that belonged to the baby as a souvenir. The entrance to the apartment in which the boy lived had been vetoed by the Justice due to the expertise and collection of evidence that was done in the place, until before the fair the property was finally free of restrictions.

Ni los juguetes del pobre Lucio Dupuy se salvaron del maltrato en La Pampa: todo tirado en la vereda

From this, Silvia Gómez, Lucio's grandmother, told on Facebook that whoever emptied the apartment would have been the owner of the apartment, since it was a rented house. "A thousand thanks to the people who communicated. We were able to recover things from my grandson. Some things were taken but I understand and it comforts us that some children can play with Lucito's toys", narrated the lady.

"After a week of the crime, the Police did not deliver several things from him. What I do not understand that lady, if she was in such a hurry to rent, she would have gone to the police station and they would have warned us. May God forgive her, I do not", added the baby's grandmother. However, hours later that version of the baby's grandmother who pointed to the owner of the property began to blur, because other neighbors pointed out that those who would actually have been in the place picking up some things were relatives of the baby's mother and her partner. , which in addition to collecting some furniture that was taken in a truck, ended up throwing the baby's toys. In any case, it represented another postcard of violence that is added to the mistreatment that ended with the death of the baby, in a picture that the forensic doctor Juan Carlos Toulouse graphed in a few words: "in 27 years of profession I never saw something like this." ..

They will file a criminal complaint against Salud for the Lucio case

José Aguerrido, a lawyer for Lucio's paternal family, warned that in February, once the fair is over, they will file a complaint for "situations" in the Public Health system for the times that there was no response to clear evidence of abuse. childish.

Aguerrido assured El Diario La Pampa that, in principle, the complaint would not be personalized, although he said that there are actors that the judicial investigation could consider responsible. One of the pieces of evidence is the clinical history of the baby and that of his mother, Magdalena Espósito Valenti.

"The situation is getting more and more serious. Lucio's death could have been avoided. There has to be a before and after, a hinge, from this," said the lawyer.

In addition, the justice ordered DNA tests for January 3 and a mandatory mental examination for February 3 for the two accused of Lucio's crime: Valenti and her partner, Abigail Páez. The results of the exam will form part of the investigation and as expertise.

It is not yet proven whether Lucio's mother was there or not at the time of the crime, but Aguerrido does not see the difference: "But that fact, whether she was there or not, is not relevant to us. She responds in the same way to the fact" , he concluded.
