The young man who has dedicated a song to Salamanca and has achieved almost 200,000 views in ten days
The composition is the result of one of the many mornings that he starts to sing and play on his guitar. “The truth is that the letter came to me by itself and I wrote it in about two hours. Since it sounded good to me, I passed it on to my family and friends and they encouraged me to share it”, she expresses.
The singer, only 25 years old, is from the town of Cabrillas and studies Agricultural Engineering at the University of Salamanca . The art of singing comes from her family. “My paternal family lives from music and my sister also sings in English. She comes to me from the cradle, ”he says.
Colmenero did not expect to reach the screens of so many mobile phones or gain 1,000 more followers on his Instagram profile. "I didn't want to upload it because the video doesn't have a lot of quality, but I took the plunge and in a matter of half an hour I had 40,000 views ." This data has prompted him to work on more serious future projects and he hopes to be able to share it on other music platforms.
Despite studying, he would like to dedicate himself more to the world of music . “What is happening to me is a stroke of luck and it would be a dream to be able to continue composing because I like it more than engineering”, he assures.
